Postkarten Speedpaints

Momentan fehlt mir Geduld und Muße für aufwändigere Bilder. Um nicht aus der Übung zu kommen male ich hin und wieder Speedpaints, für die ich ca. 15-20 Minuten brauche.

Dabei sind unter anderem viele Aquarelle im Postkartenformat entstanden. Die Blanko-Postkarten kann man im Handel kaufen und sie eignen sich wunderbar für solch Spielereien. Anschließend fixiert kann man die Bilder dann an nette Personen schicken. ;)

Blumen sind immer schön zu malen, da man nicht akribisch auf Form und Proportionen achten muss- und auch farblich hat man alle Freiheiten.

I don't have much leisure to paint complex pictures at the moment, so I've done a lot of Speedpaints in the last weeks.
Much of the painting are postcards, using watercolours and a plain postcard-pad. Afterwards you can fix the painting with setting spray and send the cards to some nice people. ;)

Ansonsten experimentiere ich mit verschiedenen Stilen und Farbkombinationen, Landschaften oder auch abstrakten Motiven.

I like painting flowers, because they are variable in their forms and colours. Also I experiment with landscapes and abstract motives.

Gut, bald ist Weihnachten, aber bei 18°C denkt man noch nicht so an Wintermotive. ;)

Well, I should work on some Christmas cards I think. But at an outdoor temperature of 18°C... really? ;)
